Return Policy

If you have a question about your return, please e-mail us your order number, tracking number for the return tracking and package description along with your question or concern.

14-Day Return Policy (from date of receipt)

Comecherry values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange(Customers shall take care of the shipment fee). Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Complete sets must be returned or the item will not be accepted. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days from the date of receipt. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or we will charge 20% against the refund.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Costumes:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase as long as the item has not been worn, laundered, soiled or altered in any way. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags, all accessories and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. If a costume is received back that has been worn, you will be notified to either have the item returned at your expense or receive a refund of half of the purchase price paid.

Final Sales:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: teddies, panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery (including bodystockings), pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, body paints, gels, vibrators, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Procedure for Returns:

Please provide a copy of the invoice and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
